NBA Fan Swag is an online-only store. We do not operate a physical retail storefront.

I. Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel your order, you may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.
  2. After 12 Hours: Orders that have passed the 12-hour cancellation window are no longer eligible for cancellation because they may already be in processing or production.

II. Return, Refund, and Replacement Eligibility

We only provide refunds or replacement products for orders that have an issue caused by us, such as a production error, fulfillment error, or product defect.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for reasons that are not caused by us, including but not limited to change of mind, ordering the wrong item, entering incorrect shipping information, or personal preference after receiving the product.

Eligible Issues Caused by Us

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if your order has one of the following issues caused by us:

  • Wrong Item: You received a product different from the item you ordered.
  • Wrong Size or Variant: The size, option, or variant received does not match your order confirmation.
  • Wrong Design or Print: The design or print on the product is materially different from what was shown on the website or in your order.
  • Damaged or Defective Product: The product arrives damaged, defective, torn, peeling, broken, or otherwise unusable due to a production or fulfillment issue.

14-Day Contact Requirement

If the product has an issue caused by us, you must contact us within 14 days from the date you receive the order, based on tracking information.

If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Evidence Required

  • Your order number;
  • The email address used at checkout;
  • A clear description of the issue;
  • Clear photos showing the product and the issue;
  • A clear video showing the issue, if the issue cannot be fully shown by photos.

Photos or videos must clearly show the defect, wrong item, wrong design, damage, or other issue being reported. We may request additional information if the evidence provided is unclear or incomplete.

III. Customer Choice: Refund or Replacement

If we confirm that the issue was caused by us, the customer may choose one of the following options:

  1. Refund: We will refund the eligible order amount to the original payment method.
  2. Replacement Product: We will send a replacement product at no additional cost.

The final resolution will depend on the evidence provided, product availability, and confirmation that the issue was caused by us.

IV. Refunds

If you choose a refund and your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

If the original shipping fee was charged on the order, the original shipping fee will also be refunded when the approved refund is due to an issue caused by us.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If the original payment method is no longer valid, please contact our support team so we can review available options.

V. Replacement Products

If you choose a replacement product and your request is approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note that replacement products require additional production and shipping time:

  • Production Time: 3–5 business days
  • Shipping Time: 7–15 business days after production is completed

Replacement delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier availability, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

VI. Returning Goods

In many cases involving confirmed production or fulfillment errors, we may not require the customer to return the defective or incorrect item. However, we reserve the right to request a return when necessary to review the issue.

If we request that you return the goods, we will provide return instructions by email. Please do not send items back without contacting us first and receiving instructions from our support team.

If a return is required, the product should be unused and returned with its original packaging and accessories, if applicable, unless the issue itself prevents this.

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping if a return is arranged without our instructions. If we request a return, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

VII. Non-Eligible Requests

Refunds, returns, or replacements are generally not available for:

  • Change of mind after placing or receiving the order;
  • Orders canceled after the 12-hour cancellation window;
  • Customer ordering the wrong product, size, design, or variant;
  • Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer;
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information;
  • Normal differences in color caused by screen or monitor display settings;
  • Minor differences that do not affect the product’s intended use;
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear;
  • Requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery.
